ADDITIONAL SERVICES & EXPERTISE
We are highly experienced delivering complex projects across a number of disciplines and scales. In some circumstances additional services and expertise may be required, below are some examples demonstrating a range of bespoke services which we can provide to assist with your project. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We can facilitate community workshops as well as consultations with more specific stakeholders helping to form strong relationships with community members and the relivant interested parties at the appropriate project stages. We can help to create a process that ensures voices are heard and encourages meaningful discussion and feedback through key design stages.
PROJECT SPECIFIC APPRAISALS
We provide tailored project appraisals to support informed decision-making and design development at any stage. Our services have included phasing analyses to assist with sequencing and budget planning, as well as comprehensive market appraisal reports—enhanced by estate agent valuations—to deliver reliable forecasts of future sales and rental values.
PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
We are adept with managing tenders via public procurement platforms on behalf of our clients. In addition to managing a traditional tender process as part of our project management service, we also offer our expertise in managing public tenders in line with EU Public Procurement Regulations and navigating the specific procedures of platforms such as My Tenders.
MAJOR GRANT APPLICATION SUPPORT
We are experienced in supporting our clients with major grant applications. We can work closely with your fundraiser to provide them with the project specific information they require including undertaking budget summaries and expenditure forecasts.
